1. SHIPPING INFORMATION

While ordering, please make sure to provide the right shipping address and an email/phone number so our team or your local post office can contact you. If you need to change your address, please feel free to contact us by email lowtemperatures@outlook.com, so we can make the necessary changes.

Shipping throughout France and worldwide with Chronopost/Colissimo or DHL.

Shipping fees :

France : 5€

European Union : 12€

International : 23€

Shipping fees always include a tracking code.

Each piece of jewelry is made to order and by hand by a single person. It may take up to 2 weeks (4 weeks for custom) for your design to be produced before shipping. We therefore appreciate your patience and understanding, we do everything possible to produce your one-of-a-kind piece on time.

Delivery time :

France : 2 to 3 business days

European Union : 5 to 10 business days

International : 7 to 15 business days (can vary from country to country)

You will be notified once your item is shipped.

Please make sure to monitor the tracking status of your package and contact your local post office in case of any issues. Once your item is shipped we are not responsible for any loss.

2. RETURN/REFUND POLICY

All sales are final.

We only accept returns or exchange if there is an issue with your item due to our own mistake : defective or wrong item.

Return/exchange/refund is not possible if :

You changed your mind after ordering :

All our jewelry are handcrafted to order and customized especially for you (size etc). The production process starts after payment.

You ordered the wrong size :

Please make sure to double check your size using our sizing guide or by directly get your size checked in the nearest jewelry shop.

You damaged your jewelry :

Handle your jewelry with care, we provide care instructions in all our package, please read them carefully.

Your jewelry got lost :

Once your parcels are shipped, please understand that we are no longer accountable for them. Contact your local post office in case of any issues. To avoid any problem, make sure to provide your phone number during order.

You see a subtle difference between the website pictures

and your jewelry :

Due to its handcrafted nature and its organic shape, slight variations can happen (for example polishing or texture). That's also what makes your design unique.

3. CUSTOMS AND TAXES

Please be aware that your country may impose custom duties and import taxes on the shipment upon its arrival.

We do not cover any additional charges so please make sure to check the specific rules applicable in your country.
